What happened?

Certain fluids are not compatible between mods. Two standouts are:

• Liquid experience (Create vs. Utilitix Experience Crystal). Can't pipe Create's liquid experience into the crystal.
• Latex (Thermal vs. Industrial Foregoing). Can't make rubber from Industrial Foregoing latex (which is especially weird because it's the source for plastic for crafting the Industrial Foregoing machines).

Can these fluids be unified?
