reloading a mod and then my game reloaded and then I went to make some glass n it wasn't making any

You should upload a log file, there could be a million things wrong.

What do you mean "reloading a mod"

Anyways, test if that also happens in a fresh world, if it does, you might need to do a fresh install of the pack
If you use curseforge, press "Change Version" in the instance, and enable "Update to new Modpack"

Copy "keys.txt" "options.txt" "journeymap" and "saves" from the old instance to the new instance to keep your stuff
