While using the Mystic Staff of Explosive Mana Condensation from Mahou Tsukai you can remove any reinforced blocks from Security Craft even if they are placed by someone else. This is especially bad for servers because anyone can destroy your reinforced blocks that aren't in your claim when they should not be able to.
