After update of the modpack the server start to crash with a lot of error : Different orphan transmitter was already registered at location : (lot of location)

Same issue here, happened when updating from 0.2.57 to 0.2.60.
Could this be a FTBChunks config issue similar to this mekanism issue

happens right after it finishes launching, can't join server, I get Connection Refused: No further information
