What happened?

After crafting items using Universal Wirelss Crafting Grid, some items remain in the crafting grid (non consumed items or those with plenty more in storage). If I close the crafting grid and return, 1-2 of the items are still in the grid, 1-2 items are in slots to the right of the grid (unknown use) and the remaining items are gone. They are not returned to storage anywhere. They are permanently gone.


Reproduced with items from various mods. Seems like it may have to do with when it pulls items from my inventory
