What happened?

Parallel Control Hatches on GregTech multiblocks not working properly. Not only is the Max Energy Hatch the same speed as the UHV energy hatches, but they're the same speed with and the other having a Parallel Control Hatch. It should be processing 256 at a time but it is not, no matter what I try.

EDIT: nvm I'm just retarded. It works fine on some and not on others.
