What happened?

I opened the GUI of the pulverizer and then I pressed the middle mouse button and all was sorted including 4 amplifiers sort placed them on the same square all 4, so I was able to add 5th, I tried to add 5th on the square next and It was possible, I tried sort again and place them again on the same spot all 5
