What happened?

Place a Fluid Encapsulator down and fill it up with milk, put a bucket in the fill slot and leave it in the Encapsulator once full. Place a barrel next to the Encapsulator and it into the barrel, connect a water source to the barrel. Once the barrel is filled a slimeblock will be generated but no milk will be used.
