What happened?
Created a reinforced rune of sacrifice but have no way to mine it. It just breaks. I believe this is fixed in the depend mod. (FTB had the same issue) FTBTeam/FTB-Modpack-Issues#2362

Same issue on ATM9 0.2.60, looks like it's a bug in Blood Magic
