[Bug]: Silent Gear Statistics Bug

What happened?
The Bone Tool Rod says that it multiplies damage by x1.2 but when I apply it to a sword the stats don't change. Should I just use Apotheosis Gear(s) instead of Silent Gear because of the buggy stats?
