What happened?

I updated to the latest version and now mekanism autocrafting recipes for the induction providers and energy cells, the problem arises at the elite tier. Ae2 is also not recognizing recipies for the philosophers stone. all of the coal recipes do not autocraft and neither do the recipes for the klein star. it is also asking for more philosophers stones than should be neccisary even if it does recognize that i have 1. the bookmarking also has made an issue where it is showing every recipe when you hit u for uses on an item. the philosopher stone is causing the biggest issue but i know i noticed it for several other things ( this being non autocrafting type issues just issues with the ui showing things that are unrelated. and tbh the book mark mod whatever that one is i am sorry i am unfamiliar with it i have never seen it in any other pack. is the mod that seems to be having issues. (just tested) the energy condenser and collectors from pro. e. recipes do work. and so do most of the other recipes for mek. it is just the super layered crafting recipees seem to not work. i know this isnt a part of the issue but this is making me big sad. thats a personal problem. i suppose i will move on to other mods in the pack for now and will report any other issues i can find but i would recomend just getting rid of the bookmarking feature in the crafting recipe gui idk what it is called. i know jei but idk if the gui that pops up is minecraft jei, ae2, or refined stortage but i do not use refined storage like a pleb so i doubt rs is the issue. i hope i gave enough detail. i have also checked my recipes to make sure they arent asking for half charged energy cubes although for the mekanism issue the issue seems to be specifically with the elite tier energy cube in the recipe that it tries to create if you dont manually fix it is a half charged elite tier energy cube. also i think this is what you need but am not positive

Edit: Ae is not autocrafting AE components very well even the simple ones, as well as processors again i know i have all this set up correctly and i have checked, Powah autocrafting with Ae is buggy as well specifically the recipe for uranninite made with uranium. i will update as i find more broken recipes. it was all working until the update

POWAH URANIUM TO URANNINITE RECIPE is also not working in ae autocraft. I double checked my recipe. I am having to use laser io. obviously i can get around the problem but the issue is with ae autocrafting. I am going through my storage right now and checking that all recipes work I will update if i can find any other recipes that are a problem
