[Bug]: Checking JEI usages for Ender IO ingot blocks drops FPS to 1 while the window is open

What happened?
Either search the JEI list or have a Ender IO ingot block in inventory (eg. Energetic Alloy Block or Pulsating Alloy Block) and hover over it and press 'U' to open the usages list. The game FPS will drop to 1. When you press 'Esc' to close the window, the FPS returns to normal.
