[Quests issues]: Botania quests have no section for MythicBotany, Alfsteel is required for the Gaia pylons

Describe the issue

There is a missing bridging quest (or quests) between Communing with Elves and Summoning the Guardian of Gaia

In line with the Terrasteel quests recommend two quests, one for the Mana-Infuser, and one for Making Alfsteel, noting that the Mana Infuser requires the usage of a dominant spark to draw mana from nearby pools and requires more than a pool of mana.

There are also no quests for alfsteel armor or tools
