What happened?

extreme reactors turbine says 15,4MFE/t but the internal energy buffer of the turbine is (10MRF). Since the turbine pushes energy to the buffer and then to the power tap (not directly to the power tap), you can only extract 10MRF/t (size of the internal energy buffer every tick) regardless of what cable/wireless transport you use.
