What happened?

When I press F3 to open the debug screen my Frame rate drops from 120 to 30-40. The same Frame drops while using the Nature's Compass.

It also drops when I turn shaders off.

Drivers and windows updates are up to date. Im Playing on a G-Portal server with friends. They don't have this issue. Bios is updated too

I experienced this issue on more mods that shows something with coordinates.(Structure compass/Extreme reactors when the reactor is wrong build an in the left corner shows some coordinates)
