What happened?

If you apply Excavation enchant on AoE pickaxe(in my case, Awaken Supremium Pickaxe with 2x AoE IV upgrade), it will crash server(or client if singleplayer) instantly.

how to reproduce

get Awaken Supremium Pickaxe
Upgrade with AoE in tinkering table
Enchant with Excavating

now, break some stone layer and it's done.
