What happened?
I have the same issue outlined in mezz/JustEnoughItems#3458 , but with modpack version 0.3.0 as well.
I tried installing ATM9, then deleting all mods except for JEI. With this setup, I was not able to get the issue with being unable to delete items, and no ERROR logs showed up in the server logs.
This suggests that there is some sort of mod interaction to cause the error and not JEI alone causing the error.
