[Bug]: Draconic modules disappear when placed into chestpiece etc.

What happened?
Problem seen only on multiplayer servers, and no issues on single player.
You can open draconic armor/tools and drop in modules, but they do not appear in the module inventory. They are there, you can drag them out, but they don't take effect.
