What happened?

1. Put in seeds* to the phyto using a Factory Manager (Super Factory Manager mod)
2. Wait for them to grow
3. Output the result into a chest and restock phytos
   If you stop the factory manager and gather all seeds there are suddenly more seeds in the chest.

• the seeds being from the Mystical Agriculture mod.

Tier 1-4 seeds have a chance to output another seed.

I suppose the JustEnoughItems UI is bugged then?
It says that all seeds have a 0% chance of making extra in the Phytogenic Insulator.
Edit: I forgot to mention that it's Mystical Agriculture seeds that duplicate.
