What happened?

Using Applied Energistics 2, Silent Gear and Functional Storage.

The [Blueprint Book] from Silent Gear is unable to be removed from the Armory Cabinet after being put into it.
All other items in the Armory Cabinet is able to be removed from and put back into the Armory Cabinet.

I have also found out that I can't take out any items that seem to have an inventory attached to it? (Is that why the [Blueprint Book] from Silent Gears is also affected?)

All chests from Sophisticated Storage and also the [Backpack] from Sophisticated Backpacks can't be removed using Applied Energistics 2 but can be removed directly from the barrel that it is stored in.

I have also tried putting the [Oak Chest] in the [Oak Drawer (2x2)] and using Applied Energistics 2 to take them out but it also doesn't work.

Only Vanilla Minecraft Chests and Shulkers are able to be removed from the system (Assuming it's an internal inventory problem).
