What happened?

The connection between Refined Storage and Functional Storage keep dropping out. I'm not sure what triggers it, but the way to fix it is that I have to break the Refined Storage 'Cable' that connects the Refined Storage 'External Storage' item (attached to the Functional Storage 'Storage Controller' to the Refined Storage network) and replace it. It seems to be just the last 'Cable' that needs to be broken and replaced, the one that (in my case) attaches to the Refined Storage 'Controller'.
