What happened?

I did a fresh install of 0.3.2 using Sparked hosting of ATM9. I am getting errors starting on line 2306 related to a variable that is less than 0 that should be between 1 and 1000. Again, this is a fresh install that I have repeatedly checked to make sure there were no other files present before installing. Furthermore, this error appears to spam and repeat and does lead to a 10 minute restart time instead of approximately 5 minutes in previous versions. I did try a fresh installation of 0.3.1 to see if I got a similar error and I did. Is there a solution to this error or is this simply a bug as I am suspecting. It seems to be a bug related to KubeJS, RhinoForge and GregTech
