To be fair this is a persistent issue since Create was added; aside from iron, gold and copper, none of the other crushed raw versions of any of the ores can be cooked/"smelted". Not sure if it's due to the compatibility between AllTheOres and Create as the advaned tooltips only show the create id and not if the recipe was modified by any other mod. Tags are the same as the ones that work so it's most likely a recipe issue. Sadly kubeJS isn't available yet though.
