What happened?
When I try and create the initial file structure for the server by launching the startserver.bat, it will try and download the forge launcher and then delete the startserver.bat file and cause the system to admin lock any file named that to the original file's location. The forger launcher is not downloaded but did leave a log, it is attached below. This is ATM9: To the Sky. Only Java I know installed is Java 17. That is what Java -Version is returning as well. Regular ATM9 server operates as expected.
