What happened?
Unable to change names of any item with any anvil. Issue was not present on 1.0.4. Tested on an existing world from 1.0.4 and a new world generated on 1.0.5 and both have this issue. Enchanting with books still work.

95% sure this is now also fixed on 1.0.6, please test and confirm for me, but i did not get any anvil renaming issues during my testing
