[Bug]: teleport pad not working properly after the rewrite

What happened?
The teleport pad teleports the player to the same y-level as the original pad,if you teleport from the overworld at y-level ≈60 it puts the player at the same y level in the mining dimension which way down and vise versa ,Also after awhile it stopped working altogether and i couldn't travel to the mining dimension anymore
-fix:downgraded allthemodium mod to version 2.5.1 (before the logic rewrite)
