The Seeds need their ingredient included in their infusion crafting recipe. since we can create Gregtech Rubber now we have at least one rubber ingot available to use to create the seed.

The rubber essence needs a crafting recipe in order to use it. and the Packing Recipe needs its output added.

Also the Rubber Tree Sapling is not able to be used in the Botany Pots.
