It is listed as a valid Enchantment but won't work on the Anvil. On a related note I tried putting a damaged one in Evilcraft's Blood Chest but it would not work in there. I do not know if that is a bug or is intended.

The Unusing Enchantment also does not prevent the charm from breaking.
