[ATM9 - 0.0.64] Create crushed ores not having recipes

Bar the vanilla ores, (iron, copper, gold), crushed ores from create cannot be smelted into ingot form, (tin, aluminium, osmium, etc).

Will code up kubeJs scripts based off of the already coded crushed_platinum.js in server scripts. Will make pull request when done for missing ores.
