I'm not really for sure what's going on with it so randomly every 15-25 mins the players disconnect from the server and their client just tells him that he lost connection to host. I don't see any server errors anywhere and all it says is he has disconnected in the server log no warnings or anything or even spikes on my server.

Im using Xms24g and XMX32g

I also have been having a similar issue where players randomly will get disconnect both me who is locally connecting and my friend no lag nothing in console looks like a normal play disconnect

I can confirm this issue still occurs, I am one of 5 on a privately hosted server.
we have seemingly random disconnects from all but 2 of our members (one of them has LAN connection to the server)
It often results in Crashing seen in #1885
