Client crash while entering overworld / savegame Encountered exception while building chunk meshes

Behavior:
After re-entering the overworld from nether my client (single player) crashed. Now I can't entrering the world, because it crashes instandly.
What I have tested:
- deactivate oculus and rubidium: same behavior.
Is there a workaround, without deactivate mekanism?
