I suggest adding this mod: https://github.com/quat1024/RebindNarrator

Because mojang is inadequate with how they force everyone to suffer because some might want to use this functionality without the risk of unbinding it.

Tested it on 0.1.12 It works just fine allowing us to remap the annoying ctrl+b narrator.
