You cant use Mekanism gases in AE2 Patterns only Fluids. You can drag & drop fluids from mekanism to the crafting field from JEI but not gases. I want to store gases in ME System and use it for auto crafting. EXAMPLE: Liquid Lithium can be used in Pattern Lithium cant be used.

This is a known bug. The Ars mekanistics dev is working on a fix. You can use a chemical tank or gauge containing some of the gas to set the filters for now.
