What this mod does is add all the mobs from previous mob votes that got outvoted, since we just now had a mob vote I see it fitting we add this mod to all the mods 9.
I am gonna add this to the modpack manually myself once i figure out how to do it and see if its stable but I thought it would be interesting to add this to the modpack itself as a fun new addition.
