16384k storage part quest not validating with item in inventory.

It is likely the wrong item, there are 3 mods at this point that add larger storage disks; the quests are looking for Extra Disk's items. All 3 mods use the same recipes and have nearly identical-looking parts. Craft the item in a vanilla crafting table to be able to select which item you wish to craft. A fix for this issue was suggested in #565
