All The Wizard Gear's Allthemodium Spell Book is supposed to have 11 spell slots, but only has 10

This doesn't seem to always happen, as @brokenruins from discord has ATM spell book with 11 slots, but after upgrading to vibranium, their book should have 12 slots, but still has 11 and upon upgrading to unobtanium, it should have 13 slots but still has 11.
