Have an expensive Ether+Piglich item for Apo spawners improvement.

This item would combine a few upgrades at the same time:

• ignores players
• ignores light
• silent
• no ai
• ignores conditions
• redstone control (maybe)

This is to avoid carrying a whole bunch of items and the annoying spawners clicking.
