bug: as the title describes you can use the cardboard box from mekansim to duplicate the ATM teleport pad - in a roundabout way.

how to recreate:

place ATM teleport pad
go to mining dimension - then come back.
cardboard box the ATM TP pad and move it some distance away (can't tell you a specific distance since I was moving bases <500 blocks away from each other)
go to the mining dimension and find the original TP pad.
use the cardboard box on it.
take it to the nether or end and place it again.
