Supplementaries allows for books(including enchanted ones) to be placed. And in blue skies... tower? dungeon boss arena,you can't place blocks. and instead of just placing the book and instantly dropping it,it instead stays and your inventory AND also drops as an item,allowing to get an infinite amount of them
