Hi, (edit to indicate is a server crash)

Have been getting a repeated server crash from one of the server players. Something to do with an inventory item? I think.
Logs attached. I've been able to fix it by removing 'wither-stuff' of various names, then moving him to a location one of the other players is in before he rejoins. Sorry, can't be more specific what the item is, was taking too many crash/try/relog attempts!
