[ATM 9 - v0.2.22] KubeJS error after update (gregtech custom blocks)

After updating modpack to the latest version 0.2.22 I started getting the following message in the chat in singleplayer:
Error occured while handling event 'ServerEvents.tags': java.lang.IllegalStateException More info in 'logs/kubejs/server.log'

It apears that there is an error in server_scripts/tags.js:146.
It happens when function registerCustomBlocksForGregtech is called.
