Hello, I was having this same problem too, in my case I disabled the RIVA TURNER STATISTICS SERVER and MSI AFTERBURNER and the game opened normally again.

I don't know if you use these apps, but in my case it worked, if you use the apps above, try deactivating them.
I hope they fix this incompatibility or error soon.

you can use "-Dsodium.checks.win32.rtss=false" as parameter to disable the checks.
There are known issues if RTSS injects itself into the minecraft process.
