Describe the crash or bug
Kyber block when put in the applied energistics storage crafting grid is returning brown dye

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
place kyber block anywhere in crafting grid of applied energistics 'me crafting terminal'

Expected behavior
kyber ingots

Additional context
placing anywhere in the AE grid produces the same result, but processing in other crafting grids (pack etc) does not exhibit the same behaviour

This also seems to happen with flax when used in the inventory crafting grid in v1.2
