Rich soil cant be used to plant seeds

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Get a rich soil and try to plant any minecraft seed (wheat, carrot, potato, etc).

Expected behavior
Plant the seed on rich soil.

Apparently this is due to a dependency of Paradise Lost, namely Moretags
