Describe the crash or bug
The Spectrum mod offers the ability to craft and upgrade vanilla enchantments (like fortune and efficiency), using an enchanting altar. However, upgrading a vanilla enchantment does not work. The required ingredients are placed on the designated pedestals, but nothing happens. Crafting and upgrading Spectrum enchantments works fine however, its solely related to vanilla enchantments.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Progress far enough into Spectrum mod to unlock vanilla enchantments. Craft a vanilla enchantment (fortune), which gives fortune 1. Add pigment on the pedestals and wait. Nothing will happen.

Expected behavior
Vanilla enchantments should be able to be upgraded via Spectrum's enchantment method: Pigment gets consumed and the enchanted book gets upgraded one level (fortune 1 becomes fortune 2).
