Describe the crash or bug
Right clicking on composters with nothing compostable somehow fills it up a level without consuming any items. Using compostable items instead works as intended.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place down composter.
2. Right click it.

Expected behavior
A compostable item is consumed with a given probability of increasing the level of the composter.
