Unstable ingots are the Real Antimatter for end game items

Either the ingots themselves renamed as some kind of Antimatter or something that replicates how they react when handled.
Then use them for end game crafting.

The Infinity Ingots from Avaritia are used as "Antimatter" in the modpack.
