I'm running the pack through MultiMC, I'm certain Java is updated, and I've used the most recent zip off of curse forge. I've tried running it multiple times, and the problematic frame always seems to be C [ig75icd32.dll+0x3c2a47]
Not sure if the issue might be on my side or not. Either way, the file included is the generated error log.

This is quite old now, but if you still have the instance, were you using any custom Java Parameters?

When does this happen? When you first load a world? After you've been playing for a while? etc..

When I try to start it up as a whole while it's loading.
It isn't even able to reach the title screen.

I really have no idea what to do with this information... do you have trouble with any other packs? Regardless, I would try just try re-installing the pack.

I don't have the issue with your volcano block pack. And I've already reinstalled this pack. But I could try reinstalling it again.

I've tried reinstalling, and it still failed. The crash occured while or just after it was working on initializing the avaritia mod, if that helps.

The issue has persisted into 1.2.14, and seems to occur during the pre-intializing of the Avaritia mod instead of the actual initializing.

Very strange, nobody else has had trouble with this to the best of my knowledge..

It is quite weird, looking deeper into the console, the problem seems to occur right after it works on the neutronium compressor within the avaritia mod, so looking around the interactions for that and the item after it might be the best place to start.
