For some reason whenever I create a world I get spawned into a world of concrete that I cannot use for anything, I do not know why this happens.

That's totally intended. You start the pack by opening your inventory, clicking on the questbook icon in the upper left corner and claiming your starting items from the first quest. Everything else is explained in the questbook.

I did, the world was made of concrete instead of antimatter, I couldn't do the quests.

I do not know why this happened, also I was tired and did not fully explain the problem so that was my fault.
