Player has both fission and fusion reactor in inventory at the same time, achievement “I can’t decide, THEY’RE SO SHINEY!”, get’s an active cooler (can be use in both fission and fusion)

Player has 64 of each Alchemistry Nobel gas, achievement “Bright lights”, reward is a choice of 16 of any Alchemistry lamp.
